I know full well the frustrations of dealing with insurance and government healthcare policies, rules, regs, etc.  I have an MBA and worked in HR for years and I still struggle with the gobbleygook that comes with healthcare.  You are not too educated to speak up.  What we need are articulate people who can put a voice to the frustrations that everyone has.  I help my daughter with her medical insurance issues simply because they would overwhelm her.</description>
